Fondue

Just imagine: There’s a couple in a small restaurant at night, they’re sharing fondue. I know, right!! I mean, could this be any more romantic? Fondue is one of my top 5 favorite dishes, especially if it’s a chocolate one. Fondue is a typical Switzerland dish that consists of dipping small pieces of food in hot liquids like melted cheese, oil or chocolate in a small pot. In order to keep the pot hot, it is necessary to put fire under it.

Isla mujeres

This beautiful island combines the beauty of the Caribbean, the dense tropical jungle and the wonderful heritage of the Maya civilization. It stands out as one of Mexico's natural treasures, an earthly paradise full of charms.

Besides its beaches and the amazing architecture of nature carved into the cliffs, Isla Mujeres has archaeological sites and marine parks with incredible natural reefs. Isla Mujeres is it a dream world where every traveler finds his second home. without doubt, it is love at first sight, since the Caribbean charm and natural beauty of the island is impossible to reject.

Molecular Gastronomy

Through this post I'm going to explain about a new way of cooking which frankly amazed me.
Some call it Deconstruction others Molecular Gastronomy but it's not the name what makes this type of cuisine so peculiar, it's the technique and procedure what makes it so special.

This is one of the most avant-garde types of cuisine, it was the chef Ferra Adriá who started with this new style of cooking.
The key to understand this cooking style is to know that it consists on modifying the aspect, texture and combination of different culinary elements in order to increase the quality of the "sensorial stimulus" they produce.

In few words it means that you can change completely the physical state of a dish in a way that the flavors are stonguer and way better.

this are some examples of deconstruction:
The first one is :terrina de albahaca con espuma de leche de oveja
and the second one is :Aire de zanahoria con concentrado de mandarina

p.s. miss this has count for two posts! it's enormous ahhaha :D

Chilaquiles

The chilaquiles are also a very known mexican dish, the following are the instructions to achieve this tasty dish.
In a skillet heat 1/2 inch of the oil over moderately high heat until it is hot but not smoking, in it fry the tortillas in batches for 10 to 20 seconds, or until they are pale golden and almost crisp, and transfer them as they are fried with a slotted spatula to paper towels to dry.
In a bowl stir together the tomato sauce, the broth, and the chilies. In a greased 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish layer the tortillas, the Monterey Jack, and the tomato sauce, beginning with a layer of the tortillas and ending with a layer of the Monterey Jack, and bake the chilaquiles, covered with foil, in the middle of a preheated 350°F. oven for 20 minutes. Drizzle the crema over the chilaquiles and serve.

tacos

the tacos are the most famous and for me one of the best mexican dishes you can find.
they are made up of a tortilla, chopped meat and sometimes come vegetables
like tomato or lettuce. Mexican people normally add some spicy sauce like tabasco, salsa roja or salsa verde.
i really recomend this delicious dish.
