Just imagine: There’s a couple in a small restaurant at night, they’re sharing fondue. I know, right!! I mean, could this be any more romantic? Fondue is one of my top 5 favorite dishes, especially if it’s a chocolate one. Fondue is a typical Switzerland dish that consists of dipping small pieces of food in hot liquids like melted cheese, oil or chocolate in a small pot. In order to keep the pot hot, it is necessary to put fire under it.

Yum! Do they have any good fondue places around here? I've only had fondue a few times, but I agree, it's absolutely delicious (especially the chocolate ones). =)
